Queue The Madness

Image
By Colin Dixon February 13th, 2019  Picture Via @DukeMBB Twitter With about one more month until March Madness begins, college basketball is already heating up with huge games. Just last night there were four key ranked matchups including LSU vs Kentucky and Duke vs Louisville which both went down to the final buzzer. As well, there was a huge upset when unranked Penn State beat number 6 Michigan 75-69. LSU went into Rupp Arena in Kentucky looking to just challenge the number 5 team in the nation, instead, the Tigers battled the Wildcats all the way until the clock hit zero. With time running out Kavell Bigby-Williams tipped a missed shot into the hoop to push the number 19 Tigers to a 73-71 upset victory over Kentucky. Just down the road was the other big matchup of the night that included the Duke Blue Devils and the Louisville Cardinals. The Cardinals who entered the game ranked 16th in the nation were aiming to give the Blue Devils their third loss of the season. The

Murray or Kaepernick?

By Colin Dixon February 12th, 2019 Pictures Via @TheKylerMurray and @Kaepernick7 Twitter Yesterday February 11th, Kyler Murray decided that he will be focusing on his future in Pro Football rather than Pro Baseball. (Not saying Hunt does not deserve a second chance but Kaepernick does more than anyone else.) For the teams out there who are looking for a new quarterback they should con

By Colin Dixon February 6th, 2019 What may have been a boring game to you may have been super exciting to many others. The NFL has become a league dominated by offense and defense plays less of a role in the outcome in the game. But what does everyone say "Defense wins championships." But yeah it may have been the worst Super Bowl I have ever seen. Sadly I saw it with my own eyes. I was lucky enough to attend one of the biggest sporting events in the world, but there were no fireworks at all during the game... only during the halftime show which was... just okay. Back to the game, Super Bowl LIII it was a defensive battle with little to no offense by either team. Going into halftime it was 3-0 and the final score was 13-3. Before the game if you told the Rams they would hold Tom Brady and the Patriots to 13 points you would have thought they won the game. But that was far from it. The Rams offense was awful and did not even get to the red zone once. The Patriots ga
