3rd Set of College Football Picks

Image
By Colin Dixon, September 25th 2019 Picture Via @CalFootball Last week was a rough one... my picks went 4-6 and I am very disappointed in myself but the train keeps rolling and were going to do better this weekend! Here is my 3rd set of college football picks: Game 1: Penn State (#12) -6.5 @ Maryland Over/ Under 61.5 A couple weeks back I rode Maryland and they disappointed me, and this week just like last I will be betting against someone who failed me! With that being I will be taking the Under 61.5 because Penn State has a phenomenal defense and when we saw Maryland play a decent defense they were shut down. The Nittany Lions will do the same and they will not score a lot either. Game 2: Arizona State +4.5 @ Cal (#15)  Last week I did not believe in the Cal Bears and they went into Ole Miss and beat the Rebels after a controversial call. I bet on Colorado to beat ASU as the underdog and they did just that and I will continue to doubt Herm Edwards and the Sun Devils so w

Second Set of College Football Picks

Image
By Colin Dixon, September 18th 2019 Picture via @LSUFootball Twitter Welp my first week did not go too bad as my first set of picks went 6-4 on the games from last week. Hopefully I can continue to get better and maybe go 10-0 one week. But let's not get too ahead of ourselves as we have another juicy slate of football games this weekend. Here are my top 10 games to bet on to win some money: Game 1: Houston +4.5 @ Tulane Both of these teams have played top 10 teams to start the year and both lost but this game is going to be an all out battle. Houston is only 3 games into the Dana Holgorsen tenure and the Cougars are 1-2 under its new head coach. Houstons losses came to Oklahoma and Washington State who are two high powered offenses. I think the Cougars are being looked down on while the Green Wave of Tulane are being looked up on and to me this game is an easy win for Houston and since they are 4.5 point underdogs it is a no brainer pick for me... cross my fingers Game

My College Football Picks For This Weekend

Image
By Colin Dixon, September 11th 2019 Picture Via @TarHeelFootball Twitter I was hoping to start this at the beginning of the season but I did not have time with school, work and other things. But here is what will be the first week of college football picks and I hope I can release this every Wednesday. I will do my top 10 best bets of the week. I will highlight my picks in yellow. Week Three College Football Game One: North Carolina @ Wake Forest -3.0 I really like the under dog in this game and I am going with the North Carolina Tar Heels in this game. Under coach Mac Brown the Tar Heels have defeated two "top" level schools in South Carolina and Miami. On the other side Wake Forest had played two lower level teams and have given up an average of 28 points a game. My guess is the Tar Heels play another thriller and win 34-31 on the road. Game Two: Kansas @ Boston College -21.0 This one is plain and simple, Boston College is averaging 40 points a game versus d

Antonio Brown Saga Continues

Image
By Colin Dixon, September 5th  Via @ComplexSports Twitter The saga that seemed never-ending this preseason is continuing into week 1 of this season. Antonio Brown was fined by General Manager Mike Mayock for not showing up to practice, and Brown proceeded to post a picture of the fine letter on his Instagram. Brown was very unhappy with the organization so he went right to social media to show the world how he felt about it. This tactic made the Raiders very mad at the receiver and they plan to fine him more and even suspend him for the first game of the year. It was reported by Adam Schefter of ESPN that GM Mayock and Brown had a talk about the situation and it got a little heated. It even ended with Brown saying "he wants to punch him (Mayock) in the face." Mayock got interviewed today after this news broke and did not have much to say besides that Brown was not in the building anymore. Just a day after the helmet situation ends AB is back in the news and this
